IMPORTANT ATHLETIC CLEARING INFORMATION

Information for Athletic Clearing. We have gone to an online clearing process. Below is the link for the Athletic Physical Form. Please take this form to your doctor for your physical. You will then go to www.athleticclearance.com and create an account and then register your student for their sport (Make sure you select the correct school year 2016-2017). At the end of that process you will be sent an e-mail that you and your student need to sign and turn in with the physical form.
